I had a feeling the class times might be tricky with my time zone, and I probably should’ve trusted my instinct. Most of the available slots were either too late or just awkward for my day, and switching times wasn’t as easy as I hoped. The lessons might work well for someone with a more flexible schedule, but for me it ended up being more of a hassle, so I didn’t use it much

We gave the classes a try, but after maybe a couple of sessions, my kid just wasn’t into it anymore. They seemed kind of dull, and I noticed attention dropping off within about 10 minutes most of the time.

I signed up for bhanzu.com thinking it might really help my kid get better at problem-solving, but my gut feeling after a few sessions was that it was more about moving fast through shortcuts than actually helping the concepts sink in. When my child got stuck, the explanations didn’t feel clear enough, and I could tell they were getting more confused than confident.
Maybe it works well for some kids, especially if they already enjoy that style of learning, but for us it just didn’t click. I kept waiting for it to feel more helpful, but it never really did, so in the end it didn’t feel worth the time for our situation.

Overall, the curriculum is decent and my kid has definitely picked up a few new skills, which I appreciate. I also expected a faster response when I had questions, since it would help us stay on track better. It’s not a bad program, but I think it could use more structure and a bit more practice time between lessons.

The practice material is alright overall. Some of the questions are actually useful, but a lot of them feel really repetitive, so it takes more effort than it should to stay focused and get through it.

Some of the classes were okay, but the progress tracking on Bhanzu has been frustrating. I couldn’t clearly tell what my kid had finished, what was still pending, or whether the scores were actually improving. It felt confusing and not updated properly most of the time. Support didn’t really help either, just gave generic replies. Overall, it wasn’t worth it for us

I joined Bhanzu mainly because I wanted to get faster at calculations, but to be honest, it didn’t make much of a difference for me. The teachers did explain the methods and there was practice, but I never felt that big improvement in speed that I was expecting.
I’m sure some students might find it useful, and maybe it works better for others depending on their level, but for me it wasn’t really worth what I paid. As a customer, I feel the speed improvement part should be stronger because that’s what many of us are signing up for

I really prefer when prices are shown upfront so I can decide without feeling like my time is being wasted.

My kid was nervous during class because the teacher didn’t seem patient at all. If he didn’t answer quickly, she would sound kind of annoyed, which made things worse. We decided to stop after a few classes. it just Wasn’t a good experience for us.

I tried the trial class and, it just didn’t really click for me. I was expecting a bit more, and I’m sure it’s not something I’d continue with.

I found this platform frustrating to use. Pages would take maybe 10–15 seconds to load sometimes, and I probably spent half my time just trying to figure out where the classes or homework were. A few buttons weren’t clear at all, and every now and then something just wouldn’t open right. For a learning tool made for kids, it really needs to be way simpler. After about a week of using it, I think I was more annoyed by it than my child was.

I tried to cancel and get a refund, what a joke. It turned into way more back and forth than it should have, and every response made it feel like nobody really cared about fixing it. Definitely not a smooth experience, and I’m not happy with how it was handled.

Support did reply, so I can’t say they ignored us, but it still ended up wasting a lot of time. For online classes, it just felt like more hassle than it was worth

The class felt one-sided to me. The teacher was mostly just explaining, and the kids didn’t really get much chance to talk or ask questions. My child got bored quickly and was basically just watching it like a video. I was expecting more back-and-forth since it’s a live class, but it didn’t really feel that way.
